RANCH FELLOWSHIP

Timber Ridge Ranch was established with a God-given conviction to find a way to minister to the needs of children and families. A Ranch setting provided the perfect opportunity. In the spring of 2021, we took the next step of faith in establishing the Ranch Fellowship. Ranch fellowship ministers to the spiritual needs of attendees with focused exposure to the Truths of the Bible. The rugged setting of the horse ranch is an informal venue for those interested in learning more about the Bible and about a life of faith. We do not seek to impose our beliefs, but in the same respect neither do we hide our beliefs. Ranch Fellowship provides an opportunity to talk about the things in life that really matter. All are welcome to come and discuss the ideas of the Bible.

Theologically, we come from Anabaptists’ roots, where a love for God’s Word, walking in the Spirit, and serving others is a life calling. We believe the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is there and He is not silent. We believe God answers the prayers of those that believe and call on Him in the name of Jesus Christ, His Son.

As a new addition to Ranch life, Ranch Fellowship is evolving with time. We hold Ranch Worship on selected Sundays. This is a time of singing with keyboard and acoustic instruments, foundational Bible teaching, and a focused time of prayer. Expressions of thanksgiving, personal needs, and specific prayer requests are all a part of our focused prayer time. Ranch Worship is tailored for those who may be new to the Bible and concepts of faith in Jesus.

On selected Sundays, we plan to hold Ranch Refuge. This time also has the common elements of singing, teaching, and prayer. At Ranch Refuge, the Bible teaching is oriented more toward Biblical themes for those more familiar with the Scriptures. It is also time for those engaged in the ministry to have their souls fed by the Word and in the Spirit. This time fosters personal growth in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus (2Peter 3:18).
